Fulvic Acid is an element in the humus's most nutritious layer of the Partially decomposed plant matter. It is this highly nutritious layer of earth which feeds plants and ensures that they grow strong and healthy. OK enough about fulvic acid now let us see what is hair.

Hair is made out protein known as keratin, there are two parts of the hair the root part which stays inside the follicles called the bulb, this is where the magic happens. In the hair bulb living cells divide and grow to build the hair shaft and the part that comes out of the skin is called the hair shaft.

Tiny blood vessels in the bulb of every follicle feed the hair root to keep it growing until the hair is at the surface. The hair strand is not alive anymore once they come out of the shaft so the hair you see on every part of your body is dead cells.

Since you know that hair is made of protein one must first ensure they have enough protein in their diet as it is crucial for making hair strong and healthy. If there is not enough protein in your diet, your hair will be weak which will result in hair loss. To make sure your hair is strong and denser, protein biotin and niacin and minerals such as zinc and iron should be taken orally and applied on to the hair strands, this will provide essential nutrition for your hair to be healthy and strong thus keeping it any length without damage or split ends.

Shilajit contains over 84+ minerals, some of these minerals/substances are beneficial in the growth of hair include Fulvic acid, sulfur, zinc, magnesium, vitamins, and iron.

I could tell you that shilajit will make your hair stronger and denser, will provide new growth but the fact that shilajit has fulvic acid and 84+ minerals that even a monkey would know its good for you :) .  I mean literally the monkeys of Himalayan mountains were noticed by scientists to look younger and healthier and we all know losing hair is one of the hardest parts of aging 😔
